OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

Every batch of our dough undergoes a natural fermentation process for a minimum of 48 hours, allowing for exceptional flavor development and a refined texture.
We exclusively use 100% pure beef tallow for frying all our foods and 100% extra virgin olive oil for all of our dressings and dips - no seed oils, ever!
Whenever possible, we proudly source our ingredients from local farmers and trusted regional producers who share our values of sustainability and excellence.
Please note, to ensure we consistently uphold our high standards, we craft a limited quantity of our products daily. So occasionally, we may sell out!
